Viewing Hours

Viewing is by appointment only. Please let us know when would suit you and we can set it up.

Plant Sizes

All plants are measured from the ground up.

Deliveries

• We deliver to the nearest accessible point.
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time of day. Deliveries are done between 9h00 and 6h00.
• We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• Should we try to deliver and there is nobody to receive it, we will offload outside, take a photo and send it to the client to confirm delivery has taken place.
• Should the client not accept delivery outside if not present and we need to attempt delivery again, the delivery fee will have to be paid again.

Planting

• Should it be raining on the day of the planned planting date, it will be moved until a day that there is no rain. We cannot plant in the rain.
• We do not remove trees and roots from the ground. The area must be ground/grass only.
• Should the area not be ground/grass only, we will leave and re-quote for the planting service. 
• The R50 per plant planting fee includes trench digging and DPC lining.
• Planting will be from 10 bamboo plants and more.
• Should a worker be harmed on the property and it was not caused due to negligence the team will leave to get medical help.
• Should a worker get harmed due to another reason not caused by himself or other team members, the team will leave to get medical help.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept any returns of plants delivered or collected. We will only accept returns on delivered plants if the plants arrived damaged.
• Planting fees will not be refunded if the team had to leave due to any of the conditions mentioned in the “Planting” section. 
• Planting fees will only be refunded if a team member or members caused the harm to himself/themselves.
